Eat Turmeric, But NEVER MAKE THESE 7 MISTAKES

Thank you so much for your teachings I was taking turmeric for about three months on an empty stomach. One day I found myself bleeding and I am 70 years old. So I dont know maybe it is because of it or of taking it on an empty stomach or is something else. Can you please tell me if consuming turmeric can cause the bleeding?

Don't take it on an empty stomach. Remember moderation is key.
