I bought these too, thinking they'd be a fun foodie adventure. My high hopes were quickly shattered. I really wanted to like them. The chewy brown translucent jelly-like outside might have been slightly enjoyable, if not for the dank, mushy, grotesquely rotten-looking yolk, which had the piquant flavor profile of spoiled blue cheese, a dank moldy basement, and pungent sulfur from the deepest pits of Abaddon - paired with the creamy mouthfeel of the contents of a diaper. I still have 5 more in the fridge, and on the bright side, I don't expect them to "go bad" any time soon, since they couldn't possibly get any worse 8)

You have a Chinese grocery store near you? You should do more videos on Chinese food products. I'm lucky to have a bunch of big Asian stores near me because I live in central NJ. There's one that I like to go to whenever I'm in the area, Asian Foods (I think it's a chain with multiple locations,) that has these sweet brioche buns with all different kinds of fillings. I always get the barbequed pork ones. They're filled with pulled pork with Korean style barbecue sauce. They're so good, they're practically addictive! If you ever go to the Chinese store, check to see if they have something like that in the bakery section.

I’m pretty adventurous when it comes to trying food from different cultures, etc, I just don’t always know what to try. The last time I was in an Asian market, I was overwhelmed by all of the different products, and not understanding what the majority of them were, I picked just a few things that I recognized and left. The rest of the world leaves them how they are. They probably think we’re weird and wasteful by washing them then storing them refrigerated. My family raises chickens and we always wash them and store them refrigerated right before we use them. But it was relatively recently I found out that you don’t have to keep them cold if you leave them unwashed. I think it’s pretty neat honestly

Duck eggs are much more dense, the whites are much thicker and the yolk is also much bigger and the shell is also a lot thicker too. I have ducks so eat a lot of them flavour wise fresh they are very similar to chicken eggs but richer.

We eat century egg with sliced pickled young ginger similar to that served at a Japanese restaurant. It helps to cover the metallic taste of the egg. I like the whites and give the yolk to my brother who loves eating century egg very much. He cannot hv enough of them. 😊

If you saw my comment on your bathroom video about how you remove the aerator adapter off of the bathroom sink, the sink you have in your downstairs bathroom I believe that one already has either a stainless steel or a plastic screen in it underneath the aerator if you wanted more volume can water flow in that sink you can unscrew the adapter and you can actually take the aerator out of the frame it sits in and if there's a screen below it most of the time you can run it without the aerator and that screen will let the water come out full and clear and when you shut the water off you won't have any dribble

Years ago I had Mallard ducks and I gave some eggs to a Chinese woman I worked with. She made this from them. Eggs are left in a strong salt water filled bowl for about a month at room temp. Duck eggs have a very strong shell too. Mallard eggs have green shells.
