@@FloorSugar honestly I figured out part of the problem was serotonin being too high leading to nausea so reducing tryptophan (bc it leads to the production) and keeping serotonin from getting too high helped a lot. But also just listening to what my body feels like it needs and not eating anything that doesn't sound good. As long as I'm getting nutrition overall, I'm happy. I drink a lot of broth and things around that time 🤣 and sometimes Mac and cheese too

Just some tips: if you have the Disneyland app you can see the menus ahead of time and if you scroll down towards the bottom they have allergy specific categories. Categories like peanut/tree nut, sesame, and egg etc. Has definitely saved from some upset stomachs. Aunt Cass Cafe on the California Adventure side is where bread bowls are made and in my experience it’s been way better there than any on the Disneyland side. You can also get free samples in the bakery tour. Maurice’s Treats in front of the Royal Theatre to the left of the castle also sells the garlic cheesy pretzel bread.

My anxiety is RISING” 😂❤ As a native Southern Californian, you experiencing that rain gave me flash backs to the entire month and a half that we had where every single weekend it rained 😂😅 it was never ending. Next time you go you should try the Blue Milk and the gumbo at StarWars land! The gumbo was spicy and the blue milk was thick and weird but refreshing and vaguely tasted like gummy sharks 😊

If you can use the food voucher at any of the disney parks then I would recommend that you go to Disney World in the fall for the food and wine festival at Epcot. They add extra food stands and they have smaller, less expensive portions of everything so you can eat more food. I have done it twice and I would do it again. Everything is so delicious! I would also recommend checking out Disney's holiday food selection. I have gone to Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween party twice and they have special foods available just for the event. You can also get candy (trick or treat) throughout the park. I had a huge sugar rush after the event, but it was worth it! Plus Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween party is one of the only times that adults can wear costumes in the park.

No, you are not the only one who thinks the Matterhorn will break your back! It is very “authentic” old rollercoaster tech and you are so close to the track with so little padding. At this stage of my life I can only ride it at the end of the day with pain meds ready because it WILL end my park day. I ride it maybe once a year. 😅 Smooth rides best rides.
