Thanks for the review fellas! I appreciate the feedback! It's a shame it was undercooked but I guess that can happen when they are dealing with ingredients that they've never worked with before! As far as pricing goes, 50% of the proceeds to the MDA and ZERO to my pocket. Unfortunately they are covering their costs of ingreidents I am assuming! Thanks all the kind words and support my guys!

My favorite sauce and I have been making it. A truffle Alfredo. I make a thicker Alfredo and throw truffle oil in it. It’s fire 🔥

Pequod’s has the most unique crust. I can’t think of anywhere close to its mix of dense/bready with the heavy caramelized crust. Everyone should give it try.

I wanted to like Pequods. We popped on the L flying into Chicago and went straight there... it was okay. Sure, it was later and you can make the excuse maybe they weren't on their A game... pizza looks great, but didn't wow us. We were also primed to like just about anything post coming off a plane..

yeah man that's one of the big problems with deep dish to me and why I quite taking people to Labrioloa (another great chicago deep dish joint) the consistency is just hard to keep so sometimes its great and sometimes its super average. That's why I don't have a single deep dish pizza on my top 5 chicago pizza list.
