Great video bob. Always learn something with your videos and i appreciate that. I want to also thank you bob. Awhile back i was in a bad place mentally. I went to end my life on my property. I was going through my phone drinking and waiting to get enough courage to end my life. About that time i found your channel. I binged watched for 3 hours. Just long enough for my family to have police find me and take me to the hospital where i got the help i needed. If not for your channel who knows what i may have done. Im still working on getting my life together but am in a much better place. Ive seen all your videos multiple times. When i see you out there i feel free. Its like my own personal escape from my life. I envy you bob and look up to you. Thank you so much for all the help your channel has given me.

Everyone struggles man, even if they won't admit it. You had the strength to pass your own personal trial. Get outdoors, you will find peace, and a hell of a lot more. Doesnt matter if it's hiking, climbing, camping, fishing, hunting/gathering.. Just sitting by the fire at night, stargazing and listening to the cricket and coyotes can do amazing repair to the soul. Were headed into winter here in northern Wisconsin, it gets dark and extremely cold. It can be very depressing, I've learned to enjoy simple things like the woodstoves heat on my sore bones, and jerky I make from deer I hunt. Some homemade bread, boots drying out by the stove, a cup of coffee is much better than drunk and crashed in a ditch when its -30 outside. I've done it bro- it aint great. Take the warmth and light of the fire over the cold and dark of the bottle.
