That egg coffee is amazing. Us Italians have it in the morning with fresh homegrown eggs. My Mum used to make that for us when we were kids for breakfast (without the coffee) finishing off with a tablespoon of Marsala, yes Marsala 😀 Yumm so happy to see you tried it , and that they serve that in Vietnam it's so good!
