for sure. especially the microvave complaints. it steams in the box while the delivery driver makes 3 stops before you. Plenty of joints now are refusing delivery because of a food standard imbalance.

The CoffeeClub Burgers with Bite situation is a virtual brand - heaps of places are doing to gain more 'virtual real estate'. Piccolo Me branches usually have 2 or 3 virtual brands running out of the same kitchen so they can cater to burgers, pasta, pizza + coffee all while looking like completely different restaurants.

How do they become successful? By being better than their competitors i.e. other burger joints. Hence why no one goes here cause they can take their money elsewhere. There's economics 101 for you buddy

But anyway 😅 ghost kitchens sell the same product (burger for example), slap different branding onto it and sell it at varying price points. They create the supply and determine the demand because they falsely create competition all while being under the same ownership... some ghost kitchens in LA have 60 different 'restaurants' operating in the same kitchen with the exact same menu, just with different names and branding

In kitchens in uk, we make a dish say a burger, you then add the cost off all ingredients used, then times the amount by 4.. that would be the price you sell the item for. For a 21 dollar burger divide by 4 = 5.25 is the cost they claim for ingredients.

Ive seen a fair few cooking and restaurant review shows, and this is the most real and authentic and relatable. I think if you order through uber at the coffee club you probably have bad taste or are drunk anyway. And the bun at Wahl Burgers was a brioche bun so supposed to be light and sweet. love your channel. Come to WA and review us!

So happy you liked Big Daddy burger Newtown. I got to have a standard double cheese with the owner. He said that you have to add salt because he'd cater to the "healthy" food eaters. Add that salt. One of the best cheeseburgers you'll ever eat. Bun might look small. But the ingredients line up. The most bodgy thing is a fat burger bun and a patty that only fills 2/3's of the bun.

I just have a small hotdog/hamburger stand in Columbus Ohio. Hopefully one day I can expand and open a burger spot somewhere in Sydney. I focus on fresh food at great value. My burgers are only $4-7USD. I know I'd have to raise my prices for supplies, but $20 is bonkers.

Big Daddy's Burgers is good when it's depends what burger you order. Had the OMG double beef burger and it was very spicy and hot. The worst burger I had was at Chargrill Charlie's at Randwick. Never been back since.

SPANIOS: If a tomatoe is "cold" it is not fresh. Tomatoes are not stored refrigerated and loose their aroma very very quickly if stored too cool. So that tomatoe being cold is actually ANOTHER thing to denote from the burger. Thing was just fully bodgey.
