🇻🇳Eating Vietnamese Street Food Like A Local (FREE Tour In Hoi An!)

This fantastic FREE street food tour in Hoi An Vietnam will get you EATING VIETNAMESE STREET FOOD LIKE a LOCAL, learning where all the HIDDEN gems are and trying some DELICIOUS and VERY AFFORDABLE local treats!
The tour itself is free, we always give a donation, though this is totally up to you. If you'd prefer not to do a tour, then you can simply just go along to any of the places mentioned below/in the video by yourself!
We learnt that the small short seats we sit on for Vietnam street food is because street food selling is illegal in Vietnam, and these seats offer a quick escape if the authorities show up!
1. We kick off the tour at Bánh Mì Phuong, a beloved eatery renowned for its Banh Mi, famously visited by Anthony Bourdain.
2. We then try sweet black sesame soup Chí Mà Phù / Chè Mè Đen for just 10,000 VND or $0.43 USD. They still, to this day, use water from the nearby Bale Well to create this dish.
3. We also try Hoi An's iconic dish, Cao Lầu at Cao Lầu Bale Well, ONLY available in Hoi An and for only a mere 35,000 VND or $1.49. The secret ingredient? Water from the nearby Bale Well!
4. We satisfy our pastry cravings at Meraki Bakery, where Choux Pastry and Eclairs are filled with fresh passionfruit, chocolate, or strawberry. A steal at only 7,000 VND or $0.30!
5. Our sweet cravings are satisfied even further when we try a local dessert called Sinh To, a Fruit Salad type drink/dessert.
6. We also head to Cô Lợi BBQ Hội An, a hidden gem in the tourist area. We try the flavourful Thịt Nướng (grilled meat) for just 10,000 VND or $0.43 USD!
