Dev Marquez i feel you sis..but i believe if you go to the gym often, run, do cardio or do some kind of physical activity 3/4/5 times a week, it should be fine. you can have a donut, or a serving of popcorn or whatever you want once in a while, but you should control your portions.. like you can have one donut but not five, if you know what i mean..also try cooking your food yourself so you can use fresher ingredients and really see what goes in your food..there are lots of yummy alternatives for fast food ok the internet nowadays..good luck!

My mother didn’t allow sweet cereals. She was a fantastic cook and baker so the only sweets I had were homemade cookies, pies and cakes. I’m glad she showed us quality food and I realize not all mothers can do that. I feel Megan’s mother enabled her.
