Oying is a traditional vegetable stew from Arunachal Pradesh , Most probably of the Adi tribe. Oying is very simple and easy to make and is very very delicious. Just a handful of ingredients and no oil or spices are used. Just the flavour of the chilies and ginger and the natural flavour of the boiled vegetable brings out great taste.
