Sushi doesn’t mean fish. It’s the rice that is prepared with vinegar & sugar. You can eat it with whatever you want. But, yes, it is traditionally prepared with fish, but not exclusively.

@@recoil53 I have seen that episode. Rachel was looking for clothes though. Simon and Martina loves a lot of the anime and cute toys and stuff. I collect toys and that would be an episode that I would love to see. Plus Simon says a lot of off pudding stuff that is so funny. Then Martina chimes in and makes it ten times funnier. Jun is very reserved. These two takes off and I find myself cracking up so bad.

Sending a prayer for harmony in this relationship. It was a true gift to witness your connection, to watch you grow together. And even if you’ve grown apart and life requires you to take separate paths, may you have reverence for each other for being great teachers to each other in this life time. There is deep love here, on a soul level. May your lives both continue to be blessed 🦋

I've been keeping you guys in my heart this week and binge watching your videos again. You're one of my inspirations to travel more, which is saying something because I'm like 95% a homebody. But this year I went on a two week trip to England, Scotland, Wales, Germany and France and it was amazing. Just getting out of my comfort zone, doing things and eating things and learning things, it was awesome. I've already started planning a trip to Japan which has been a bucket list thing for a decade. Might not happen for a while, that's a lot of money to save and before I can I need to take care of my responsibilities (why is my roof leaking?!?) xD but it's in my sights and the internet now knows my wishes and won't stop giving me travel ads for Japan xD

Stack of plates? Hopefully a toy is incoming! Last time I went to kaiten in my town I got a tokidoki keychain :D!!! (but you win a prize every 15 plates, it's not random). I loved the history you guys threw in about the kaiten sushi, I didn't know it took 5 years to get the speed and all that right. That's SO RAD! Martina, that lip color is EVERYTHING what is it? I have a similar skin tone to yours and I've been looking for a shade similar to that for a while now. The strangest sushi I ever had was this huge roll with beef and asparagus? Like the packed an American dinner in and then rolled it in rice. It was wild. I was not a fan overall, but it was fun to try.

It has flambéed cheese sauce on top and has this burnt after taste I really don't want to like it, because it feels super unauthentic, but I can't help it. IT'S JUST SO FREAKING GOOD.

I always have to get those and see what else is available. And kappa maki since my daughter loves kappa, she even has a kappa plushie doll. Oh and hotate are also delicious as topping. This would indeed be a great place for my husband since he hates fish but there is enough choice here for him. Love your earrings btw
