The Exercise:
Many players hook the forehand, some intentionally, others unintentionally. A forehand hook has many benefits but if your wrist is cocked inward for every shot, then you may face many a few issues.
The Aim:
1. To help you reduce or stop a cocked wrist
2. Develop other strokes but still used a cocked wrist to hook when the time is right
3. Develop a new armer to your tool box
4. enhance your forehand stroke physically and technically
How it's done:
1. Practice playing forehands from the backhand side, and go cross court
2. adjust you grip on the blade
3. use your free arm to support and aid your playing hand
