1300 watt motor and they pair it with a 15 ah battery 😮 peak or nominal? Glad it’s fixed. I just emailed our favorite company and told them to send me a controller or gloves are off

Nice glad it works now is the top speed 28mph I guess that’s with paddling . I don’t think it would be throttle only have you tried

I'm having the exact same issue with my TST step thru surfer. All PA1 thru 5 take it up to about 20 mph and with significant effort can get it up to 23 on a flat surface; no difference wether PA1, 2, 3, 4, 5 is selected. They are telling me I can download the TST app and pair with the bike then sign an agreement to increase to 28 mph but its giving me erros signing up and I can't figure out how to get the bike into bluetooth mode. Really nice bike but this is a pain and I hope I can get it sorted out because what you describe in this video, after the fix, sounds amazing.

sadly purchased the TST SURFER - The controller is not working. The first one was stuck on pedal assist 5 and the replacement they sent will not power the bike up. Stay away.
