Great video! I was recently promoted to Captain in the fire service and iam going through the process every new leader goes through and it is challenging, one standard we use is called span of control which means we can only manage so many ffs on the fireground or things get out of control and we can fail to meet our tactical objectives. What my captain at the time when I was a probationary ff told me is when shit hits the fan we want to be like a duck on the water calm on the surface even when below your legs are racing.
