Been listening and learning from Eckhart for 25 years. This compilation of Omega 1-8 recordings never gets old. I come back to this 22 year old talk again and again. It's one of his best. Blessings to all of you that are listening to his words. It's a classic that never gets old. Peace!

I listened to Eckhart before for a month specially these 8 videos of him I was so scared doubtful unmotivated, disorganized, undisciplined but after listening to him for a month suddenly something in me changed I became disciplined brave happy I don't know how at all even I got weight became strong mentally even my look got changed but after a while unfortunately I stopped listening to him as I thought I didn't need him anymore but slowly I lost my power gradually I become scared undisciplined lazy again after searching for answers for a while I got to know about nature of mind to maintain the things which we listen to we need to do it consistently without miss because if we stop it would get trashed by mind to make it into subconscious mind we are required to listen consistently don't make this mistake like I did If you want to be at peace always you have to listen to him consistently there's no other way

Yeah that comment about if everything was green then we couldn't see green because we couldn't differentiate it from anything else and that used as an analogy is pure genius. That if only impermanence (death) existed in this world then we couldn't see death because all life would be too transient; but, being able to see impermance (death) means we are rooted in something deeper than form, something permanent and divine (being; spiritual processes). Thus we see death with spiritual eyes.

And then how many more Thousands upon thousands have died following a bridge in US defence?...(which was possibly a manipulated attack engineered to cause a tightening of aggression towards another culture and state....).. In 2020 this is important as the history may be repeated if the manipulation into a war might be played out again ///where nuclear war and the wiping out of humanity may be the result of reaction to an event that is not a clear response but coming from an imbalanced deluded position.

@veritas_134 жыл бұрын
Correct ! And not only that, he is acting and living PRESENCE, most of us on stage would start speaking immediately, just to cover up stillness or embarassing breaks. However, there is even more to it, when E.T. does´nt start speaking when he takes his seat: the stillness, almost tangible/touchable, is the way, Gurus in India normally are transmitting energy and knowledge, but pointing to our true being: AWARENESS, which can by no means be explained by words.

Even watching this as a KZbin video 22 years later, it is evident that Eckhart and his audience were experiencing a heightened level of awareness. As horrible as 9/11 was, there was a sort of magical period of collective grief that followed it when it felt like everyone’s consciousness had temporarily deepened. The tragedy reminded us what was really important.

Strange to listen to this 22 years after the events. American collective mind decided to apply the rule of an eye for an eye. Like Eckhart, I am Canadian, and I think most of us believed that there was a great opportunity for America to show their leadership role as agents of democracy. Unfortunately, as history showed us, America failed big time and just added more confusion and hate to this world. God bless America indeed.😢
