I was beautiful but i never knew it lol despite all the looking and advances i got. Still felt not good enough but ironically at 47 im freed of it. Sometimes I look at photos and say wow i was a pretty woman but crows feet, grey hairs and chicken skin neck because of yo yoing in weight. I wear a scarf but im not concerned I am just glad i concentrated on inner beauty like virtues and kindness , now this for the last 3 years. Thank you mr tolle for introducing me to christian mysticism as well as hinduism and the tao de ching.

I hear and admire Eckhart! But can a hungry man ever reach this mental level?! An oppressed man the same?! You at least have to be on level 3 of Maslow’s hierarchy. So most of the people on earth can’t or will never. Unless you accept the boot on your neck…
