This is one of those occasional houses that is so beautifully finished while keeping its original rusticity. From the beautiful terra cotta tiles, to the truly lovely hardwood floors upstairs, to the paint treatments and color choices in the bedrooms and bathrooms, to the beautiful grey doors . . . I could not admire the decor more. Really nice to see such a spacious dedicated laundry room. As an American, I really appreciate that (all it needs is a dog wash)! Thank you for the wonderful arial shots of Orvieto!

Lovely and ideally placed. The views are spectacular, the space is gracious and the options for use are far ranging. I would love to sit out there and discuss art, culture, history, psychology or any of a myriad of subjects with as many guests I could collect for regular event dinners. It's simply beautiful.

Orvieto is beautiful, the house too, but I'm Italian (as you can tell from my English) and I noted something who is too strange: it's the first time I seen bathrooms without bidets in an Italian house (it seemed to me that at least); please tell me the owner is not Italian. 🍺
