ECS Tuning Luft-Technik Intake Install! - B7 Audi A4

In todays video we install an ECS Tuning Luft-Technik Intake on Aki's B7 Audi A4. The turbo and intake sounds are absolutely crazy now! We had a few troubles because of our negligence of the instructions but got it done in the end.

I just installed a cone filter on my b7 a4 2.0 and hear no difference. Still can't hear the turbo runs and drive fine. No check engine light

Hello guys nice work on the car I have follow all your videos I'm about to order the ecs intake but I have one question. Reading the reviews many people were satisfied but many had issues with fitting the silicone hose.. Cutting it adapting it etc. Did you expirernce some like that? Regards

we definitely struggled to fit it, maybe cutting the hose might have helped.

I have this intake, its way over priced and doesnt fit the best. The supplied filter is junk and its lets dirt in. The super clean pipe from the filter to the turbo will be dusty after a few weeks. Solve this by fitting a K&N one.

Ive done a lot to my B7 A4 Avant 6 speed Manual S-Line in the 2 months Ive owned it, but the one thing I have done that seems to mean the most to me was accomplishing the Cam Follower replacement. The Coolent Flange is my next big project, then an upgrade FMIC.. So far, i've installed an AFE Power Intake, B8 Coils, 2 step Colder NGK Plugs, Catless Downpipe, Eurodyne Stage 1 Tune (Stage 2 will prob be loaded next week), ECS PCV Delete, Walnut Blast, Ebay Headlights with black housing, Engine Cover from Junk Yard (Yes, it is a Mod), New AGM Battery, New Android Head Unit, ECS Oil Catch Can, Cheap AmazonGPS HUD unit, Rear ViewMirror with integrated Dash Cam and Reverse Cam, and New Wheels and Tires...

@@wellseegarage 2 Words, "Instant Gratification".. I felt the difference immediately. Surprisingly I didnt lose much fuel efficiency with the stage 1 tune so far, I am happy, and do no regret the $700 or was it $800 bux for the tune software. I was maxing out at 7psi of boost, now Im hitting 19psi. I forgot to add the BOV and Boost Gauge to my list of mods. I LOVE DRIVING THIS CAR AS MUCH AS I LOVE DRIVING MY 5 SERIES BMW (wITH SIMILAR MODS)..

Great video you guys. I have been looking at installing a BOV for the Audi A4 B7, getting that really loud nice turbo noise, but have heard mixed things. Maybe a video in the future? :) Keep up the good content.

Definitely do it! My car has been more responsive and maybe a little bit faster in boost since then

Akis already done the GFB diverter so I think he’ll be set all the way until he upgrades his turbo, but to put a BOV on the k03 I think would do more harm then good. Unless of course your after purely the sound and not performance.

I also want to have this cold air intake, but its hard for me to get this mod. The funny thing is, Luft Technik is german and means "Air Technology" so something from this mod comes from Germany? I live in germany and cant buy this nice upgrade 😢

You can check ecs tuning website to see if they offer one, if they don’t I’m sure there’s plenty of other aftermarket options
