FRONT MOUNT INTERCOOLER INSTALL - B7 AUDI A4

Today we install a CTS Turbo Big Core Front Mount Intercooler on Aki's Audi A4 B7. Our kit came off of a big turbo, built A4 so we had to make some adaptations and adjustments but in the end it all worked together. Next video we'll be installing an ECS Tuning Intake, and then all that's left before a stage 2 tune is some basic maintenance! Subscribe to stay tuned !

Do you guys recommend retuning of any sort? We installed a fairly larger aftermarket intercooler in our 2.0T B7. When we floor it, the boost kicks then the vehicle jerks a little. Any thoughts why? Thanks for info and input, keep up the good work!

A general rule when modding is to tune the vehicle according to your mods, substantial things like a large intercooler paired with other things can cause a car to act funny if it’s not tuned accordingly. It could be something else, did it only happen after the intercooler install ?

Yep, after the intercooler install. We’ve done several mods on the vehicle. Intercooler, larger throttle body, cat delete, k and n cold air intake.

@@wellseegarage 👍 I have a Ko4, IE aluminum manifold, Bilsteen coilovers, stasis front and rear sway bars,down pipe, cat back exhaust, CTS intercooler, CTs intake on my 2012 Avant. Fast, but not as quick as my TTRS.😂
