PAN DE YUCA or CASSAVA BREAD is a traditional bread from my country, Ecuador. This bread is so cheesy, crunchy and the most important part is that is so easy to make.
☞ INGREDIENTS:
- 1 and 1/2 cups of cassava flour
- 2 cups of mozzarella cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp of butter
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1 tsp of baking powder
- 1/2 cup of milk
☞ PREPARATION:
Combine all the ingredients together by hand or using a food processor for about 2 minutes to create a moist dough. Form the bread into small golf size balls and place them in a butter baking sheet.
Finally bake the bread in a preheated oven (180C) for about 25 minutes.
