Pilaf. The recipe for pilaf is simple, but with its own secrets! How to cook crumbly pilaf in the oven, what is crispy gazmah? 🥛*glass 200 ml
✅ Ingredients:
Basmati rice - 400 g = 2 cups* without top
beef - 300 g = 1.5 cups*
chicken fillet - 200 g = 1 glass*
onion - 160 g = 1 large onion
dried apricots - 100 g = 3/4 cup*
prunes - 100 g = 3/4 cup*
raisins - 60 g = 0.5 cups*
lavash - 1 package
turmeric - 1.5 tsp.
cumin / cumin - 1 tsp.
salt - 1.5 tsp.
ghee (or butter) - 30 g = 2 tbsp.
butter - 200 g = 1 package
