Spoons rooms are fantastic and cheap.. stayed at the spoons i harwich.. room was absolutely massive, really clean and bed was super comfortable.. food both evening and breakfast was absolutely spot on. And the bar itself was lovely.. some people knock spoons for one reason or another, but for what you pay, you can't go wrong..

I stayed in Wetherspoons Hotel in Birmingham and I loved it! Easy way to eat, easy access to Christmas market, and no noise got to my room (and it was cheap)
