Fook I did 71 reps with 30 lb dumbells each hand today flat on ground bench press type motion did 70 last week I need FAST CONVERSION PROTEIN TO MUSCLE GAINS LIKE EDDIE FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUG! :P No really why they talk bout meat I get from other source DOES IT REALLY MATTER I mean I'm not vegetarian so it no big deal except MORE EXPENSIVE DAT WAY so does it really matter? If yes, how?! Last week day I did the 70 I ate like 125g of protein... I weigh like 125 but today I ate 162 lol so I overdid today or should do dat always?! Wasn't aiming for that number it just so happens that the peanut butter jar and loaf of bread protein all together added up to that much.

Beta alanine. Lol I thought they were saying beetu Alneen .. seems extremely interesting but it's also very expensive and in reality this would only be needed for professional athletes. That being said if you have the money and your passion is health and fitness its somthing to try at least once as it would help you improve your health.
