Some homes in the Hamptons in NY are mediocre but are worth millions of dollars just because it's in the Hamptons. The property is not that bad either. I hear you as well on the lack of infrastructure but that has nothing to do with the developer. That's a Government responsibility.

The house is beautifully finished and sweet, down side is actually the size of the rooms the rooms are so narrow it becomes obvious the developer was struggling with space. I’m renting out my UK to pay for my rented home in Lagos. One months rent pays my annual rent and I have the option to move to latest ‘home’ design anytime😇 No way I am paying the asking price up front or 18 months payment plan when I worked 9 to 5 for over 20 years to pay off the mortgage. Will this property appreciate exponentially in 10 years time or will be looking outdated and sad when the latest architectural design craze takes hold.
