I just love those mini cupcakes! Every time I see you make them, I wonder why I don't just bite the bullet and make some. It's not like I don't have all the supplies and equipment to do it. I just always default to loaf molds. My daughter is giving a bridal shower for a friend in the spring. Maybe I will do some cupcakes for that. Give me a chance to practice my piping skills.

Karen, I feel like it's Christmas when I see you have a video up. 😁. Those are so very adorable and the colors pop! Love the last part when you show them all. I totally agree with you on Sustainable Palm. If we didn't use farmed and controlled palm we would be adversely affecting farmers families. I belong to 'Palm done right' and have been trying to get that message through. Things have changed so much since 2015, by using sustainable palm, we are not only helping the farmers and families, but keeping the nonsustainable palm from selling. Very important, as palm is the #1 used oil in the world. Good for you! I had to chuckle at the gloves comment. It is for our safety. I don't use them while piping, because I get slippery hands from the sweat and I don't touch anything, but my goggles stay on. 😉

Hey Karen, I know you made this video quite awhile ago, but it still pops up in the videos you might enjoy. I'm watching it in August of 2020. It's a great video! I enjoyed it very much. You have a beautiful hand at piping! I know practice makes perfect, but you are so steady, even one handed! I finally got my flowers down pat and they are coming out lovely now. It all has to do with the texture of your soap frosting, and I finally got my recipe of my own to work properly. Thank you for always being encouraging. Do you use a clothe or silicone piping bag? I couldn't tell from the video and I am curious to know.

Well on the glove topic, when I had a coffee shop in Exeter the local environmental health officer told us not to use gloves as the minute you open the box they are no longer sterile and after 24 hours just sitting they have more bacteria than any hands that are washed regularly
@sharonp35635 жыл бұрын
I ran a burger king in New Zealand and in our city bylaws we didn't use gloves. You cant feel how dirty your hands are with gloves on. And if you are washong your hands correctly you do not need them
