@@EdgeloopAcademy I know that, I meant that to make that decision to leave college, go against the grain, pursue what you really want, even when those closest to you don't fully see your vision or understand what you're trying to do, to do that at 17 or 18 (Most of us start college at 18 and a lot of us don't quite know what we're doing).. that just takes a lot of guts, and grit. :)

Inspiring and amazing, just what i needed and many other people for sure, i'm amazed that Edon have my age and how fast i'm learning 3D after 1 intense year of studying non-stop and how much my portfolio grown from scratch, so that fact of him being so young push me even further to keep pushing until i achieve my goals

I think that the most important topic that needs to be raised and that can really affect the industry right now is the transition from hourly payment to payment for the value added. Intellectual work cannot be evaluated by the hour, artists and designers are not screwdrivers, they are problem solvers. They need to be helped to realize that.

I can't express my gratitude enough for this episode, this is exactly what I needed to hear as I'm an aspiring 3D artist and I have close to no experience in the industry. By the way if you could get maybe Marco Plouffe from Keos Mason's on your channel it would be incredible, he has some interesting work flows in Zbrush when it comes to hard surface modeling.

@@EdgeloopAcademy yes, this was a great video. It changed my whole perspective. I work as a freelance industrial designer in fiverr. I started one year ago, and I have done more than 150 projects. But as Edon mentioned in the video, people pay us way less than what we deserve for our work. So now I'm preparing a more profesional portfolio with my best work. I would love to get paid more. And after watching this, I know I will!!!!!! Many thanks!
