USC Dornsife Center for the Political Future (CPF) Spring 2024 Fellow and environmentalist Douglas Brinkley joined legendary chef and food activist Alice Waters for a discussion on food, sustainability, and agriculture on Tuesday, February 27. The conversation explored the intersections of food security, access to healthy food, and the importance of organic farming practices in the pursuit of a better food system. This event was in partnership with USC Wrigley Institute for Environment and Sustainability.
