You will also get range anxiety so never will go below 50 miles left. What is the point of a $50-60k new car if you cant take it road trip, as EVs are road trip kings due to quiet ride + superior safety in crash. If you have a slow chargier and cannot use Tesla Supercharger, just forget about it. Model Y charges 3X faster.

It is obvious depending on the weather and the tire condition the Toyota can give you a limited range of 227 miles of range to a 256 miles of range. The GM platform the Honda is based on has a huge advantage in range, but the problems should not be the same. Why? Honda did all the software and just took GM's hardware. GM's hardware has not been the primary problem with the Blazer but the software has been huge problems. So the hope is Honda did their software better and since they launched it slower than GM did, perhaps their software is better. Lease any EV you buy as the tech changes quickly.

Toyoya needs to drop the price in order to get rid of these cars. Theyve got 3500$ discount plus free charger but still too expensive. They need to offer 0% financing and maybe bump up rebate to 5K.

why didnt you talk about charging speeds.. because that would leave the toyota way lower

Probably two of the WORST evs you can buy. Youre paying for a toyota or honda badge, and if youre paying for those badges... theres nothing more to say. Also the description calling these dependable and class leading???? they just came out how can you say they are dependable? You literally are making stuff up. Both are slow, subpar EVs.

These are lease machines - no ones going to care after 36 months lmao
@Mr_Smackle5 ай бұрын
@@Nick-qx1vf all EVs are lease machines whats your point? if someone leases a car its covered so the big "dependability" draw isnt even there. Youre just paying for a shitty EV compared to the competition.
@rudy_dstroys18215 ай бұрын
This is why you lease it and take advantage of the incentives. When the lease is over, you got your money's worth and when they resale it, the used market will buy them for cheap. Eventually, EVs will be expensive to lease and people will start purchasing EVs because they will have more affordable options and better EV technology
