Hey YOU, incredible person reading this...The truth is you are confident and good enough already with who you are, where you are at and what you have right now to have the success you want in life. Don't let others define what “success” is for you. Get up, learn that skill and go after it! I believe in you so much! Have an awesome day! - Love, Nat ❤️

@@EdMylettShow my pleasure brother. And thank you for your reply. Im rethinking many aspects of my life now. 1. Where do I really want to focus my next 50 years, 2. Letting go of all my insecurities inspite of all I have achieved so far, 3. Naming and nailing those negative self-destructive thoughts and habits, 4. Renew my God relationship, 5. The way forward with Success Growth Academy, 6. What 1-more can I do in all areas of my life, 7. Getting back into active dreaming of what I truly want for my life as that part is so dormant, 8. Stop being selfish to not putting myself out there like I used to be because of my fear of my goodness being used and tramped upon and people taking advantage of my success.

As a parent I absolutely agree with this. I let my daughters see my failures and successes. I have broken down in front of them several times. I remember (I think on one of your podcasts) Robin Sharma saying "Potential unexpressed turns to pain." As a parent I have consistently told my kids, school has no bearing on your success in life. Everything I learned to be successful did NOT come from school. They have seen me working on the business I had with their Dad. And now as a divorced single parent they have seen me struggle to start my own business in sales. I told them when I pass away my only hope is that they follow their dreams. I want them to find out and use the gifts God gave them to help the most amount of people they can. There is such a need in these times for support and encouragement. People need your inspiration. Thank you for being vulnerable and emotional.

Ed or anyone from this team who reads this, I have to say that one of the reasons (among many) that I relate, and love Ed is at the very end when Jamie is promoting his book, you can see his shoulders rise and him get uncomfortable with someone shining the light on him. You can truly see that Ed is the type of man who is more comfortable shining a light on others and praising others than having him be the center of attention. I believe the reason he is so good at his talks is not because he is boasting but because he is talking because he feels he can help someone else's light shine brighter. Thank you for you being you Ed.

THANK YOU SO MUCH Ed, for all of your content, especially this interview. I am so thankful and grateful that I found your interviews a few years ago when I was rock bottom. Like yourself, I spent almost 50 years (I'm 53) feeling like I was never good enough, grew up overweight, and extremely self conscious and self sabotaging....never putting myself out there out of fear of being ridiculed or made fun of if things didn't work out...which as you know typically means you don't try at all. I was my own worst enemy. I became an alcoholic, trying to self medicate, and lost a couple amazing females in the process. I decided enough was enough in 2018, quit drinking, and I'm in the process of becoming a successful insurance agent. Hearing all of your content has been a HUGE boost for me, especially hearing how you had a very similar background. Thank you again Ed, and God bless.

I’m in the middle of watching/taking in this interview. I’m already blown away at HOW MUCH I can relate to YOU. “FEAR” is the biggest thing I deal with DAILY!! 🙏😭 I never would’ve ever guessed Ed that FEAR is something that impacts YOU so much as well. Also you sharing being “labeled” as a kid & how that effects us, it sticks with us. I too know that contributed to a lot of my insecurities, but also actually helped me gain strength eventually. I’m not done watching this yet & already SO MUCH is hitting me PERSONALLY. Hearing you talk about how the loss of a parent changes you has tears rolling down my eyes & HITS MY HEART so deeply. I lost my baby brother 3 wks after turning only 8yrs old. That I remember VIVIDLY STILL now as an adult. Then losing both my mom & sister unexpectedly 4yrs ago exactly 1 month apart to the exact DATE. & “7” more family members since. I have a real FEAR of LOSING PEOPLE I LOVE. It started at only 8 yrs old & now has gotten worse obviously with all these recent deaths. I cannot let it paralyze me. As you said in a previous interview, “Time to take the floatys off, YOU CAN BE THE ONE!!” God has ALWAYS been the reason I haven’t given up. I see your biggest growth honestly Ed is your personal WALK WITH GOD. I relate to you even more these past couple years as you’re closer to God & I can literally FEEL IT IN MY SPIRIT. I’m an EMPATH & this is my greatest gift. It can be a curse too, but the benefits of this gift definitely outweigh the bad. I could write a book about all of this & my life. I have the most AMAZING friend who’s an author who pushes/inspires/supports me. I hope in my lifetime I get to have a real full conversation with you Ed. I hope it’s part of God’s plan. I met Michael Jackson many years ago & treasure that & would love to meet you. You have IMPACTED my life & my HEART. God bless you & THANK YOU SO MUCH. 🙏❤️🙏♾ #MAXOUT P.S. I was voted “shyest/quietest” girl in junior high. We have A LOT in common!! I’m crying right now. I literally CAN FEEL EVERY WORD you said, reading the part about your Dad in your book. 🙏🙏🙏😭 Now I see why I connect so much with you spiritually. Wow. Be a “FORCE OF LOVE” This is me LOVE is the GREATEST gift.

Such a great interview Jamie! As a fellow child of an alcoholic I could relate with so much of Ed’s experiences and emotions. My dad never found long term sobriety, so my story plays out a little different. I chose to focus on the parts of my dad I loved and spent the last 8 years of his life taking care of. Hard and beautiful years all at the same time. No regrets. The love I poured into him just “one more” day came back to me in so many ways. Thanks for sharing your full self with all of us Ed! We are grateful!🙏🏻

Thank you Mr. Mylett and Ms. Lima, so powerful and so motivational. Brought tears to my eyes (awesome, Mrs. Smith). Everything I wanted to know. Everything I am going through right now. Am I the one? Now I know. Thank you so much.
