I've listened to it a couple of times. I want to ensure this lesson always stays with me. I've found that out of the 7 symptoms mentioned, I catch myself sabotaging my efforts in 6 of them. The only way I avoid sabotaging myself is by not celebrating for too long. However, I've come to realize that not internalizing the wins could also be a form of self-sabotage. I used to believe I didn't deserve the win, so I'd keep moving forward without ensuring I acknowledged and internalized the success to boost my confidence. It's a very valuable lesson that I'll need to revisit in the future. Thank you, Ed.

Thank you Mr. Mylett. Powerful message. And actually a difficult one to listen to as well: I sabotage myself daily. I Workout, I try to do my best at my job, and at the end of the day-I give myself permission to be lazy, reckless, irresponsible. I had to force myself to listen to this, prevent myself from running from a difficult message; I even journaled on this. And I NEVER journal. I’m 46 years “young”, and I wrote about how I still feel a desperate need to do better things in my life; I had to be ruthlessly honest with myself and my tendency to fail. I’ve often tasted small successes over the years and then I completely sabotaged it. All the time. I hope to turn things around from the inside out. Maybe in five years I’ll be able to do something with remembering, and I’ll be on your show. Hahaha By the way-I loved your interview with David goggins. He’s also a hero to me (since 2017). I hope to meet both of you great men in the future. Hopefully the near future. God bless. Stay hard, in the words of goggins. Happy holidays.

Hi Ed, almost every part of this wonderful lesson is screaming my name cos I'm quilty of a whole lot of them. Especially focusing on lack of things and Celebrating for too long. I close a good deal and i get complacent till i run low on cash before going haywire again. Ans during this time, i over worry on lack and get fixated on things I can't control. My love life is another area where thermostat keep getting low as though i deserve less probably thr programming came from my upbringing cos it was quite harsh parenting and dry toxic love that i was raised in.
