Thank u!!! I have three curves, the biggest one is right-thoracic. Love watching your videos and Claudia’s videos. I used to wear a brace during teenage years but unfortunately I didn’t do any scolio exercises. Now I have two rib humps and I’m thinking of buying a brace again in order to derotate ribs during sleep for example. Who knows, though I’m 22 maybe it’ll help to look more symmetrical. Hi I needa question answered. I have scoliosis also I'm hypamobile. The biggest problem is scoliosis causing issues with my breathing. When I walk on a incline is so difficult can you help.
