Educational Video: Tyre Pressures

Nowhere on this site or your website does it say when to check tyre pressures, when they are cold or hot, bearing in mind that the pressures increase as the tyres get hotter. So when do you check your pressures, hope or cold? I believe cold but it would be helpful as the experts you made this clear on YT or your website. ;)
