Hey house lovers and explorers! This video I discover a remote old farm house out in the fields, Built around 1900-1910 it is an Edwardian style build with a classic wrap around veranda. This home has been sitting abandoned for quite some time and seems to have had many items stored away here including the original items once used to the former occupants. The roof is sound and the interiors are in very good condition apart from decades of cob webs, dust and bird poo. This a home that could really come alive again with less effort than most of these old farm houses. Lets hope it happens sooner than later although given its location it may be just wishful thinking.
Jope you all enjoy the tour, cheers for watching :-)

So many memories of our house , very similar 1911 , was close to this state when we bought it from my wife's grandmother in suburban Adelaide , after three years of toil and $ we bought it back to life with a sympathetic extension . Only major difference is the sides of the house we pebble dash over stone , which was common the in the first decade of the 1900's , all of the great features inside were all intact My guess on location is mid north South Australia , very dry country . We still live in ours , its never been out of the wifes family , and it will stay that way . Great story , thanks .

What a cool place. Made my heart beat a little faster to see the beautiful mantel, the pressed tin ceilings, the wood work on the front exterior entry and the roof details. The view of the front door in the hallway…with the light streaming in through the colored panes of glass it was reminiscent of Frank Lloyd Wright stained glass. Must have been a beautiful place.

I can just imagine the lady of the old Edwardian farm house, wearing a long dress with apron, busily baking and cooking meals on the original stove. Such a charming old Edwardian gem, with the stone facade and internally, detailed high ceilings, spacious rooms and original doors. Another great explore thanks Paul.

Hi Paul I think this house can be saved. I mean for a house that was built in the early 1900’s it’s held up pretty well. The ceilings are all in tact and those walls sure are thick. Whoever owns it is treating it like a storage shed. Of course they would have to add on a bathroom with a toilet. But I have to say it is very secluded out there. I like my peace and quiet but that is way too peaceful and quiet for me. How far is it to town to go grocery shopping? I think it can be and should be saved. That’s probably a nice dream for now. Nice work Paul even with all that wind you did a great job filming. How are the kitty cats? Well I hope. Stay safe and well.👍🐈

Yes, we still do have some really beautiful areas in Philadelphia even though we get a bad rap because of our open air drug markets and large population of homelessness. It’s really heartbreaking to see what’s become of our city and my heart breaks for people suffering drug addiction, mental illnesses and not having a house of their own. Let’s have a moment to reflect on all who are suffering today in my city and worldwide.

We’d definitely agree on house style. Lol. But I think I’d need a bathroom-WITH indoor plumbing. Very cool old house though. The stained glass is gorge. And those thick walls are just awesome. As always, thanks Paul. Wouldn't be wonderful if someone with very deep pockets could save this house. Unfortunately, way out in the middle of a paddock and your hint of an out of the way location, tells me it won't happen. We simply have to use our 'minds eye' to envisage what it was in the past. I'm old enough to do that! LOL

I'm sticking with early 1900s. It has many carry over features of late Victorian but the Louvre roof was not introduced til early 1900s. My opinion 👍

What a front door. I would love to know what the whole front outside looked like intact with its fancy painted trimmings,. an impressive center door knob and a huge pendulum door knocker. I wonder what it would sound like being struck with purpose by someone desperately wanting in on a stormy night.

Such a cool video. I love the style and trim and it's amazing it retains a lot of its originality. The tin ceiling you first show us is also used into the trim work at the front of the house shown at 2:28, which I've never seen used like this before but I like it. I came here to listen for paranormal evps and this place is a hotbed for them, mostly nonresidual and sinister. A few examples are at 7:44-7:45 when a guy asks, "What's going on?" and 10:15-10:18 a guy says "Ian Sedgwick -close to home." which is kind of creepy sounding as he says it rather slow and with flat affect. A person says "We're not lucky~" at 11:42-11:43. It's creepy but louder than others. The creepiest one because of the way it's said is at 14:33-14:35 when a guy sings the words, "I can't. remember. EVERYthing!" It's louder than others too.

Paul, if some able-bodied person was to purchase the house from the deed holder…and he wasn’t self-employed,but needed to find work in a town… how many miles would he have to drive for a job? It would be so nice if it would work out, because this house looks to have good bones. Or if there was someone with deep pockets and could fix it up for a quiet weekend retreat that would save her too! On a clear night I’d think the stars would look like thousands of diamonds spread throughout the sky! Just dreaming! Loved the tin ceilings and the green color looked good. Those pulley light fixtures were interesting, and the fireplace surrounds, especially the fancy one, were so nice. Thank you much for this explore 👍🏻👍🏻😊
