Nothing weird about this, or you! :D You are a beast and that's what I love, haha! Seriously.......the bench core exercises? SUPER tough! Also foot-on-the-bench pushups!??? So hard - but I pushed through! Thanks for this super tough workout - and for pushing us to be our very best!!! 💪💪💪🔥🔥🔥

Thank you thank you my friend this was excellent.. I did a Hitt session in the morning then visitors came to my house and ruined my routine.. My conscience was tormenting me for not exercising enough.. I received the notification, I jumped and picked up the bench... dumbbells... because I know you should always push your limits.. I felt the exercises were very effective, I felt them in the Core. Good jo💥💥💪❤❤We love you weirdo😂😂😂

Haha. I love it. If you were to ask my wife Tatiana, she would confirm I'm crazy and weird!! 💥💥. Great job getting this in, and still figuring out a way with your routine being altered. I know I get a little frustrated when things don't go to plan, but it's the fact we fit it in, even when it's tougher! 💪❤❤
