This was the perfect workout for me. At 58 and with burnt out adrenals, I try to maintain the balance betrween working out regularly, but not overtaxing my adrenals with too much HIIT. So i've gone to strength every few days and walking/pilates in between. This workout still felt challenging with the heavier dumbells, but I do better with shorter duration. THANK YOU - i'm forever searching for 35 minutes or less, yet still challenging stength classes. I'd love to see more!

I’m in the same boat. I tend to do daily walking and periodic walking workouts (Growwithjo on KZbin) for my cardio. I usually like straight strength for the strength days. However, I know some people appreciate her cardio segments because sometimes it’s the only way they can get cardio in.

I searched Heather Robertson Dumbbell work-out. I selected this out of several that popped up. A perfect 30-min with soothing music and two sets of exercises putting my dumbbells to utility. I did it and when the weather outside is saying stay inside this is the perfect gift. Thank you Heather.

THIS is my favorite kind of workout! 30 minutes including warm up and cool down, good music, full body, strength only, no jumping! More like this please! And thank you so much for all the wonderful workouts you provide.

I love these kinds of workouts. I love that you only repeat twice and it's just enough variety to keep me interested the whole time. Keep it up! The 30 minutes also feels so manageable and it's so easy to turn on. Your music always gets me in the mood too.

Great WO. I’m currently doing your 12 week program but didn’t have 45 min this morning. This 30 min WO popped up and I knew it was a great way for me to still get a sweat WO in and feel good when done. Make it a great day everyone! Thank you Heather for your complete Wos. Warm up/wo/cool down!

For all my fellow 3rd trimester folks on here, I loved this workout and these are my modifications: Chest Press -- some sort of pushup/modified pushup Skull crushers -- standing tricep press/modified tricep pushup Plank Pass Through -- hold plank/plank to side plank/plank-to-bear-crawl-to-plank-and repeat Stationary Lunge (for pelvic pain with lunges) -- alternating side-to-side lunges (more shallow)/some kind of squat alternative/uneven squat/staggered deadlift Glute Bridge -- elevated with mid to upper back and shoulder support

Couldn't workout for 6 days in a row. Missed it yet the couch was calling my name this morning😅 30min strenght wkt are always my go-to swesh to get starting again. They are such a treat and just the perfect duration. Now I'm back on track. THX Heather!

Loved it as always😍..... I would love to have a program without dumbbells, but with some band exercise, for a long vacation, 4 weeks???? 🙏 Also love the Metcon workouts, please more of those. It would be also perfect to have a program for women in our 40´s.... our metabolism it's different and we don't burn fat as we used to. I'm 43 and I did the last 12 week program and I will be waiting for all your new material. 🤩 Thank you!!!!

Such a good workout. Short means effective when it comes to Heather Robertson. I so appreciate the structure of this workout and the music. It kept me going when my body was feeling tired.

Thank you for your content. I’m loving these 30 minute workouts. I’m 63 and studying to get my certification for a Functional Aging Specialist training course. 😅I used 15 pound kettlebell’s and 10 pound dumbbell’s today. We’ll see how I feel tomorrow

Just added this to my Wednesday alternate strength workout when I don't have 60 mins. Great routine. BTW I started doing your work outs for the last 2 years. I only do Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Started seeing amazing results re. my blood tests. So, Thank You soooooo much for these workouts Heather 🙂

Challenging but worth every bead of sweat! Reads an article about this workout on yahoo 2 weeks ago. Watched the video a few times before deciding to give it a try. This workout did not disappoint! I've not sweat like this in a long time. The first set of lunges got me going and even after stretching, i'm still sweating! Thank you for sharing your expertise! Continued success !

Wow!! I just finished 3.0 on Monday and did this ditty today. I pushed my weights pretty fierce and am SO PROUD of the progress I have made. I am SO MUCH stronger than before. Thank you! Thank you! I have taken a couple of months off and am finally back with this one. It was great! I had to go way less on weights compared to what I as at but I am so happy to be working out again.

I loved this work out! It’s been a month or so since I have consistently worked out due to sickness and the craziness of life. This was the perfect workout to kick start getting back to a more routine workout schedule! Felt so good!!!
