Get toned upper body with this 20 minutes dumbbell workout!
It's include warm-up and cool-down stretching,
so you can complete whole upper body sequence with it.
I'm using 2kg X 2 dumbbells in the video.
You can choose the weight that you feel comfortable.

Hello everyone! This week video is related with using dumbbells! My suggestion is do this 3-4 times a weeks . 1 day workout the next day rest, and keep repeat it. Every time you finish the session, make sure the next day let your muscle and body rest for a better muscle recovery. Keep doing this 4-6 weeks and you will se so much better toned body of yours ❤🎉. P/s : in this video i used 2kg dummbell. So use dumbbells according to your own capabilities. 30-40% weight is good enough due to this exercise based on time, not on repetition. If you feel too light. Increase the dumbbells kg! ❤ Wishing you all the best and get stronger everyday! love❤ - Mizi🎉

I love this now! Have been doing this alternately with your other full body dumbbells 20 mins workout! Could you please do another 20 min after meal workout? Low impact and no jumping

Hi, Mizi, could you do another 20 minutes dumbbell workout but use two dumbbells during the entire workout? And for full body workout . Love your videos. Great workout as always, keep up the great work. I have lost 10 kgs from incorporating your workouts into my routine. I plan to do your hourglass challenge after I lose another 5 kg.

0초 전 미즐리님 여기저기 영상 한달동안 밤마다 1시간씩은 따라하고있어요. 복부만비만? 무게가 많이 나가는건 아니라 무게가 줄었다기보다 옆구리가 쑥~~~ 들어갔어요. 무릎이 좋지않아 스쿼트빼고 거의 따라했어요. 미즐리님 제 허리라인 찾아줘 너무 너무 감사해요💘

На самом деле так и надо делать. Большинство людей чередуют разные части тела, есть же термины по типу "день ног", "день рук" и т.п.) Не обязательно каждый раз на всё тело делать
