@@woodsthriving hai perfettamente ragione, sono sicura che tu sia un buonissimo modello x tutta la tua famiglia, io invece non ho figli 😬 quindi sono in una continua sfida con me stessa nel fare sempre meglio e migliorarmi... solo che mi accorgo che con l'avanzare dell'età si fa sempre più fatica a livello fisico, io ho 45 anni e vorrei essere brava come quando ne avevo 20 o 30 😅 , ma si sente la differenza! Purtroppo la mia testa non lo accetta 😁 quindi cerco sempre di spingermi oltre x mantenermi il più in forma possibile. Ho sempre fatto nuoto agonistico quindi vedo sempre gli allenamenti in modo competitivo.... ahimè 🤦♀️🤷🏻♀️😉 Un carissimo saluto a tutti 🖐

Whoa! Just what the doctor ordered!!! I needed to sweat - being unable to run is driving me crazy and what I miss most is the sheer effort of hard mileage! This workout gave me a little glimpse of sweaty, heart pumping WORK and I loved it! Thanks for being a great coach & inspiration!! To answer your question about what drives me regarding fitness - I made a commitment long ago that my fitness, and my sport, are non-negotiables. No matter what, every single day is an opportunity to improve my fitness in some way - and I won't ever give up on my commitment to mySELF! I will NOT let myself down! I hope this inspires my children to keep going - to embrace that the obstacle, is indeed, the path!!!

Incredible job as always, Iman!! The time difference is hard with the channel getting incredible people from all over the world. I have it post at 4:30am in my time zone, since that is when I wake up to get a morning run in. You still get it done, which is admirable. I am Thankful for you, my friend!

Great Thanksgiving Day Workout! I enjoyed this so much - I did modify slightly, as I needed a full-body cardio effort today (since I can't run *cries pitifully*) I did all the moves but cardio-fied them :D So much fun! ¡Gracias! Lamento lo de tu manguito rotador. Me operaron el hombro hace unos años y me dolía mucho, así que conozco tu sufrimiento. En mi caso, lo importante fue hacer pesas livianas y fortalecer los músculos alrededor del hombro para lograr más estabilidad. ¡Te deseo un día maravilloso y un hermoso fin de semana!❤❤❤

I just completed my half marathon at Big Bear. It was super cold, with temperatures in the low 20s. They ended up canceling the marathon race due to ice and slippery roads. I looked for this race instead because the weather in April is better than in November, but look at that ice!

So sorry to hear about them cancelling the marathon... it sucks to train hard for something and not have it work out. It was really cold at Mt Charleston too. However, that was a really great winter for us near Vegas, so unsure if it will be the same conditions. I actually will be doing Mt Charleston in April as well, and know it's a great course.

A nice session, I liked it...the exercises are simple and effective...I liked the smoothness of the exercises, nothing complicated...I use gloves so that the weights do not fall from my hands...haha...I wish you a new record in the marathon, champion...well done, good job🎉🎉👍👍💥

I loved it...I loved it. You took us smoothly through all these exercises..I sweated despite the 2 degree temperature and snow..I burned 388 calories and took 4000 steps..I liked the session. Thank you for sharing your workout with us.👍💥💥💥👏

I just finished up a run with Summit and he is getting in so much better shape - 4 miles and now he isn't panting too hard (the cold helps out). WOO! Great workout! Yes, the heart rate was up - and the legs are now jelly! Haha. . . not kidding!! Really needed this leg-day today, it really brought the sweat and I added on a 40 minute heavy-weights leg-day to double my ROI! 😜 Thanks so much for the workout! I hope you enjoyed your vacation!

Yes... I was a little worried with starting it out kinda easy, but added in some harder leg workouts! Great job, Terri!! I always love your attitude... positive mindset! Yes we had a blast, but have a crazy story that I may post. We were on the bus going back to the hotel, and witnessed a kidnapping of a kid and mother. My sister-in-law's boyfriend and I jumped out and tried to help, but were unsuccessful. I may tell the full story in a video, but it would be random!

I just learned about this marathon and also wanna do it on April 2025, looking for a sub 3, current PR at 3:25;04. But I live in Atlanta, I’m wondering how the high altitude will affect my lungs. Gonna have to do more research about that

I will be running as well in April. Unsure for the altitude as it affects everyone differently. I live around 3,000 ft so it doesn't affect me much, but I've done Spartan races that went up to 12,000 ft and that didn't affect me as much as others. Wishing you luck if you decide to do it. I was just where you are 3 or 4 years ago, almost the exact same time, and Mt Charleston was my first sub 3 hrs.
