Hey guys!! 💕 A lot of you requested for me to do more home workouts, so here you go! hope this was helpful :)

Exercises Shown in This Video:
1. Single Leg Hip Thrusts - 3 Sets x 10 Reps Each Leg
2. Banded Hip Thrusts + Abduction - 3 Sets x 12 Reps
3. Banded Seated Hip Abduction - 3 Sets x 10/10/10 Reps
4. Banded Donkey Pulses - 3 Sets x 20 Reps each leg
5. Weighted Donkey Kicks - 3 Sets x 15 Reps each leg
6. Banded Squats + side leg lifts - 3 sets x 10 reps each leg

Vanessa Rodriguez I only do a 10min cardio to warm up nowadays since I’m not really trying to lose weight! But when I was in my weight loss mode, I did do a lot of cardio. About 20-45mins a day 3-5x a week. Keep in mind that when you are doing excessive cardio, it slows down your booty building process. If you’re trying to lose weight + gain the booty at the same time, make sure to eat clean (lots of protein), lift weight 5x a week (do Glute focused workouts 3x a week), cardio 2-3x a week for 30-45 mins each time.

lenie oca you can if you keep challenging yourself by increasing weight, resistance, reps etc 🍑🔥 but for maximum result I’d recommend the gym!
