So I didn’t have hip dips before but I was shaped like a stick and wanted some hips so I could at least have a 🍐 shape. I did these right when I woke up every day for 4 weeks and even my mom thought something was wrong. She said “wait how do you have hips now?” Doing it right when you wake up keeps you energized the whole day. I also drank green tea with NO SUGAR OR CREAM every morning and a half liter of water every day. Saw great results, thanks!

I just try to do as much as i can do . Usually before i sleep i do the exercises. Btw i dont do it everyday cause my thighs and legs are sore af in the morning 🤣 . I dont really have a eating routine for this but i just cut off all the sodas/sweets .

Imma do this for 3 months every other day for rest to let my muscles grow of course. Day 1- I'm surprised how quick this was but in a good way, the squat abductions hurt the most for me. Obviously no results yet😂 Day 2- break dayy Day 3- this time the squat abductions hurt less. But I sweated alot. No results yet Day 4- (is it just me or am I already seeing results💀?) Legit here to post result. I started this a few weeks ago and holy crap.... DO THIS. I do it about 4x a week and my butt looks much bigger like my whole family noticed lol. At first I wasn’t using weights but about 2 weeks in I started using 2lbs/each ankle weights and a ‘heavy ‘ resistances band. I didn’t really change my diet since I breastfeeding eat a ton already. It works though just have to consistent

I’m here to say that these exercises actually work, coming from someone who used to have little girl hips in her mid 30s. I literally do these twice a day everyday. I did something similiar 4-5 times a week and within few months I've seen the result, even for a middle age woman like me. You just have stay consistent and don't slack off. Just like anything else, you work hard you get result. I'm flat and now I have some. You can do it, good luck.

There’s different shapes of butts , as a thick black women big asses is very common in us and we fail to shape them🙄so they don’t always look good , they look big but sloppy. So make sure it’s lifted and shaped . I have a heart bubble looking butt . Non of this video matters unless your butt has a SHAPE! Most women go for the heart shape butt . I don’t exercise my butt because it just naturally shapes itself . But I did notice a difference when I toned it

Hello imma do this for 4 weeks! I’ll update you every week! Week1: Week one went great. I improved my diet and did this at 7:00 am which boosted me up all day. I ate eggs with greens for breakfast every day. I see a significant amount of improvement in my hips: Week2: Week3: Week:4 If I think I can make more progress I will do more weeks! So guys I decided to do this for a couple months since school ended since COVID 19 so I’m just gonna update on the months. Going to start tomorrow! Will update :D Day 1 : I did it and it felt great, I couldn’t do the last exercise because I don’t have that machine, but hopefully I see results. I also didn’t use weights only the band. Day 2: I’m super sore, but I did all of the exercises without weights and I didn’t do the last exercise, I only used the resistance band. My hip measurement is 34 1/2 inches. Day 3: Don’t worry I haven’t given up! I just was just really busy for three days but I’m back on track! Okay I finished the exercises and it wasn’t as bad, I’m going to start increasing the reps Day 4: Instead of doing 20 of each, I am now doing 30. I am also doing 40 squats and 30 sit ups before I go to bed.

I just finished day 2: OMYGOD IT BURNS. I did every exercise with a xx Heavy resistance band and especially with the clams I could feel it burning. It feels great tho. I am going to do it twice a week so I will be uploading again in 6 days. Update: Okaaayyy sooo: I’ve been doing these exercises 3 times a week. I will try to do them 4 times a week but it takes some time to do this workout and I am really busy throughout the week. My booty is definitely lifted and rounder! I am going to keep doing this and I’ll keep you updated ❤️ Update: So I finished the workout and omg I forgot how much this burns. I’ve been really unmotivated lately so I am not really excited about working out. There isn’t a real difference since the last update. I might update less often, maybe every 2 weeks or so

I did the fire hydrant with a 5lb dumbbell 5:30 a.m.and I still feel it 2p.m.!!! I want to do more to kill the soreness. Now I found a new exercise, the leg roll with ankle weights. My goal is to get rid of the extra blub around my midsection and get rid of the extra under my waist that's giving me the violin shape, I want my onion shape back!!!

When you’re doing clamshells, you should try to keep your back as still/straight as possible instead of rotating when your leg moves. My auntie (who’s a physio) told me this as my hips are super weak. Great video!

THIS WORKS. Plus its very fun. Maybe its my imagination, but immediatedly after doing it my hips were instantly wider. It shifts back after i cool down, but with consistency the side booty muscles can definitely be built up. 👍🏾 but this goes to show, since its a muscular build (as opposed to bone structure), it'll require side booty maintanence.

i used to do this workout in fall 2020 and was very consistent and it made me look rounder. two years later i’m going to get back into it and fully fill my hip dips. i’m gonna update daily to keep me motivated.

I've done these a lot (yes I'm a boy) during quarantine last year. It really did work insanely well along with some other exercises that I can't really remember but that was the core of my glute workout. I've been maintaining since September (can't work out as much cuz of studies) by doing glute bridges. When done right, butt exercises are no joke. Only tip I can give is if an exercise is getting easier, higher the weight. The whole point of a workout is to be difficult

I’m gonna do it and actually update you with the results 💗! -I didn’t do curtesy lunges because it hurts my knee as I have a knee injury (I’m a dancer) and the last one because I don’t go to the gym x Day 1: half of the exercises I have never done before , I used very strong resistance bands so it was quite hard. I don’t feel it in my butt, more in my thighs. Probably feel it in the morning.

Hi guys! I'm trying to get a more of an hourglass shape and build my side glutes! I'm really flat and skinny so if you have a similar body type this might help, I'll try to update as often as I can starting from 31st of March. TIP: VIDEO STARTS FROM 3:53 *Day 1* - I'm really tired I didn't do the last two ones because I didn't want to overwork my glutes. I'm using waterbottles as weights (1,5) l ones and a long sleeve shirt for the resistance band *Day 2* - I've managed to do all of the excercises but with shorter breaks between them, I'm pretty sure I'll see some results in a week. *Day 3* - DAY OFF *Day 4* - Im doing 2 reps of 15 for every excercise ( a few more sometimes if i can handle it). Idk if I'm seeing things or are my hips getting wider. I recorded myself on day one and I'll compare it every week. I'll try gaining weight too. *Days 5 - 10* - I've been slowly adding more reps and increasing my weight so I actually have something to work off of. *Days 11 - 12* - I've started gaining weight. My tip is to eat really fast and eat more than everybody else. Slowly your appetite will become bigger. Today I ate 4 eggs 3 hot dogs and 2 plates of swiss chard ( I usually only eat one plate without anything else ). Concetrate on eating and don't be too picky. If I eat something I don't really like I eat a bit just to get it over with. 🚫BIGGEST MISTAKE 🚫 My 🎂 looks a lot more toned and a tiny bit bigger I can't wait to see even bigger results. Im a flat stick so if these work in me they will work on anyone! 27.4 :OKAY UPDATE : My fucking hips got a lot wider??? Idk if its the excercises or like puberty. I've never looked this mf good. My glutes still don't look that good but they're definitely looking better! *Day 29* I've finally got a resistance band it helps so much! I'm slowly but surely seeing a better booty. The indents on the sides of my bum are almost gone which makes me really happy. It has beeb exhausting the first twi weeks and it was hard to get in a habit of working out but now I've got it all figured out! Also make sure to be in a calorie surplus if you want to gain weight in your booty!! *I'm planning on doing these for 6 months / maybe longer *

I have done this exercise 4 times this week including a lot of my favorite exercises for glutes and hips with ankle weights (4kg) and a dumbell (4kg too) and my beloved resistance bands. imma post my results so you guys can hopefully see if it works and hopefully keep me motivated. 21/8: i think my hips and currently only 29-30 and my waist is about 24-25. i have very obvious hip digs and want a rounder booty. day 1: not gonna lie, i only did abt 5-6 out of 9 of the exercises as it is late and i only ate about half an hour ago. I felt the burn immediately, and in the right spots; hips and butt. Good sign as I dont want to be accidentally working out my legs as I am happy with them as is. I'm not sure if i will be doing the exercise tomorrow, as I have a sport training to attend to but it's only an hour long so hopefully I am motivated and it will not stop me from training hard! day 2 (22/8, written on 23/8) : I forgot to write down what I did yesterday, but I did half of the workout again before training and I definietly felt the burn but it didn't stop me from completing my other activites! hopefully will do the whole routine tonight. day 3: I sort of created my own workout with some of the exercises in this video I thought were very effective - this is because I don't have a resistance band or the weights used for the side kicks. so this Is what I did: 15 fire hydrants 15 donkey kicks 15 leg circles (all with weight) 20 side leg raises (lying down) each side (heard this is effective) 15 leg raises without lifts 15 squat hip abduction (without resistance belt) 15 hip thrusts (chloe tings video) can feel the burn in my hips day 4: sorry did not do any workouts as I am extremely busy and sore from sports that I have done throughout the week. day 5: completed my workout from day 3 but only felt the burn a bit. think i'll increase the reps. I am going to write down progress every couple of days as I think it's unnecessary to do it every day as i'd probably write the same thing. Haven't seen progress yet - not that i'm aware of.

I love your workouts, people don't understand that fat is a main factor to big glutes and big hips. Its difficult to tone them without losing them. It's helps to not over work them just keep them toned to a minimum.👍

YOU GUYYYS i was sooore :( tomorrow ill do the exercises Day 3: I usually make chloe ting's workouts but I'm still sore, so I only did this workout at night with the band 🤧 I'm gonna measure later so I can see the difference Day 4: I'm doing the exercises and also I did a tiny waist w/o i feel kinda sore. My family NOTICED, my mom told me about my butt lift, I am doing them right bruhhhh!!

i am going to do this for 4 weeks to see if i like the results .. i want a booty !!! so yeah lets do this kids !! i'm backk !! i gave up after a day and now after a month my mental health isn't it.. i have been told all my life i am skinny and that i didn't have curves and all that shit and it affected me :(: week 1 : day 1: measurements : booty 34,5 it was a little hard but i pulled trough day 2 : it was ok day 3 : my skipped day cuz i wasn t felling well day 4 : it was hard i did jumpping jacks as my final one i did plank and hips side to side and i did pulses after some them day 5 : skip day 6 : i saw resultsss i am happy !! day 7 : ok so it hurt !! i did all and i am noticing results i gained like 2 kilos i think because i am also trying to eat more too ! i lovee i am going to keep going week 2 : week 3 : week 4 :

Cat is funny indeed,, fitness tips are OK. Her diet advice is bad. Carbohydrates rarely turn into fat. Most people are fat because star eat to much fat. ( No common energy currency: de novo lipogenesis as the road less traveled by Marc K Hellerstein ) a protein overload can make you anabolic. And Gain weight. , anybody I’ll recommends more then 10% of their daily calories from protein is misinformed or lying. This amount of protein is very easy to obtain. As a Example oatmeal having around 12% protein. Source cronometer.com. Other sources are the world health organization how recommend 5% of protein a day. Of your total calories. And 2000 Calories for an average female. And 2500 for Average male how are not that active
