I used Getting Things Done (GTD) for years. But about five years ago, it stopped working for me. Keeping everything in one place without much delineation as to its importance overwhelmed me. Since then, I've been on the hunt for systems and tools that will help me cut down the overwhelm and find clarity.
Recently, I came across a mindset some product managers use to roadmap work called "Now/Next/Later". I've been experimenting with this setup in Todoist with a decent amount of success.
