Keep pushing, i feel like (if you can) going out in nature and walking trails or maybe finding your own paths through the forest could really help

I walk when I feel able. Usually outside around the neighborhood and sometimes a trail in the woods. The brain fog, anxiety, and other symptoms get so bad sometimes it’s difficult, but I’ve felt so awful over the years I’m sorta just used to it at this point. I appreciate the comment 🙏

You were on effexor 22 years and they didn’t bomb out on you?

Celexa 10 years. Zoloft 7 years. Lexapro 7 months. Effexor 4 1/2 years. Also tried Prozac, Paxil years ago. Was on ability in 2013 for six months as well.
