It is unbelievable how your videos have yet to go viral. Just looking at you and loving what you are doing is enough to leave all the fear behind and encourage you to run to the pool to train. This is an excellent video with a beautiful explanation. The background music is so relaxing and lovely. Delete all the ancient fears. Thank you, Coach Jeff.

I am very glad that I learned to swim as a child. But I do appreciate how difficult it is to break down all these now intuitive spontanous movements into tiny steps that beginners apply and gain more and more confidence. By the way: I love the feeling of relaxing while floating on my back. When I learned and tested this it was called"dead man". To all you newbies: Have fun and play in shallow water like a child!
