Need some tweaks. It blows snow downwind, and leaves a lot of snow on ground. Looks like it moves a bit to fast.

Could it detect wind direction so as to have the option to blow snow downwind instead of into the wind ?! 😎👍💯🇨🇦🙏

Maybe at the height of the antenna tower ?!

Your right. It needs to behave like a human and make some basic decisions. 99% of the time, in no wind, I part my driveway down the center and work outwards without changing the spout. But if the wind is blowing, I will start on one edge and work to the other edge always blowing downwind. I would never blow snow over what I have already cleared. Pretty foolish to do that.

Good question. I was wondering that myself.

Thanks for your great suggestion! Currently, our Yarbo snowblower doesn’t have a built-in wind direction detection feature. However, you can manually adjust the snow chute direction via the Yarbo app to optimize snow throwing based on the prevailing wind conditions. This gives you flexibility to control the snow flow and ensure it’s blown in the right direction! 😊

How many inches is that? Bet it can't handle 8 or more inches of snow. Wet and heavy snow, well it wouldn't make it for sure. Neat little toy for kids to play with.

Thank you for your comment. The Yarbo Snow Blower can handle snow depths of up to 12 inches. It is designed to efficiently manage various snow types, including dry, wet, and packed snow.

What if there is an obstacle in the driveway, like visiting guest car? Can the unit detect obstructions without bashing into them? If not, it needs lidar technology integrated with the unit. Also, how does it do on sloped driveways?
@yarboglobal2 күн бұрын
Currently, Yarbo snow blower is equipped with Person & Pet Detection. If an obstacle enters the defined cleaning area, the unit will pause until the obstruction has left. You can also set "No Go Zones" to prevent the unit from entering areas where obstacles might be present. As our technology continues to evolve, we are working on implementing full obstacle avoidance capabilities soon. Regarding sloped driveways. Yarbo is designed to handle slopes up to 36%, making it suitable for various terrains, including sloped driveways.

Looks like a drunk did the job. Need to slow down so there is no overflow on the sides. Clean it properly in one pass.

Agreed, What about all the left over ridges. Job's not done but the video was.

What you've suggested is one solution, but the concept is to let it run every 6 to 12 inches so such overflow does not happen. But with this case, it'd simply pick that stuff up on the next run. You could likewise tell it to make two passes. Personally with a deeper snow like this, I'd slow it down like you said. But if it leaves stuff winrowed still, then just run it flat out because you're making two passes no matter what.

Looks like my kid did that. Half a job at best. At least I only give him a few bucks for it so I'm still up.
