Yes, I can accept the non lethal pain of rejection as I accept and set myself free to be myself fully and to love it ☺️🥰 thank you GP, sending you love and blessings 🙏🤍☀️🕊️💎🌈

Perfect! You nailed the problem I have. I have Asperger's syndrome which is a social relationship disability on the Autism spectrum. I feel I have been shut out, shunned, ostracized, and marginalized pretty much my entire life, particularly my adult life. Without the connection to the tribe, I feel everyday is like a living death.

So now you can drop the conflict with that feeling and reconcile with it. You can give yourself what hasn't been forthcoming from others. Eventually it will be.

Wonderful! So powerful. As a child I was constantly sent to my room to deal with my emotions alone. I am a cancer and very emotional, cried a lot. So I didn't feel love or accepted by parental figures. As a result of this I have been hiding and making myself small for years. Terrified of reaching out and of intimacy. This was great to watch, and I am ready to expand. Thank you
@GPWalsh2 жыл бұрын
Yes. The strategy of making yourself small, that was effective as a child, simply doesn't work when you want to expand. Stay with this a gradually, you will find yourself very naturally moving in the world differently and with more confidence. I am so glad it helped you.

Wow. I started yawning after the first two lines and continued to do so up until the end. This is what I needed. My unconscious "vow of loyalty" to my tribe of origin has cost me *a lot* over the years and I'm now determined to break free. This was very helpful, GP. Thank you very much.

Thank you.. had a childhood full of maternal rejection so this is great tap for me...

That kind of rejection is a severe trauma. Fortunately we have tools to bring release and freedom.

Funny you should say that. I met a young man who I took on as a surrogate, son .and sometimes he acted very peculiar. He just wouldn't speak to me sometimes and stayed in his room. One day I asked him why do you do this. He said i knew you would get mad ..but when I was young if I was sick i,was sent to my room. And no one spoke to me . Until I was better. As they feared catching my germs . I told him don't be silly . We have used the same doors . Amd utilities. And so what if I catch a cold . It's not the end of the world. I can't believe some parents can be that cold . I tried to love hese, boys . Amd gave them what i didn't have as a child.

Wow! So good and perfectly timed “random” pop up on my home screen ;) . Was feeling indecisive about going to this event tomorrow, not feeling good enough, overthinking, etc. I know it’s because of past rejections at social gatherings. This gave me the confidence boost I was wanting…🥰🙏

What an amazing tapping session! I resonated with all the statements. At the end, I felt so much blocked energy release and something wonderful took the place. Thank you so much.

Thank you for this GP. Loved it. So is the whole idea of perfectionism based on this. The struggle to start something or being stuck because I'm too much concerned that it has to be perfect or I should not even start.
@GPWalsh5 жыл бұрын
Yes, that is pretty much it. Perfectionism is a way hide, since you never really expose yourself until you are perfect, which of course, never happens. It is a great, albeit unconscious strategy to protect our vulnerability.

What is the solution to this suffering and struggle then. I am so tired now and giving up seems easier. I don't know what to tap on and how to get out of this.
@thequintessentiallady49374 жыл бұрын
Purnima a maybe start small by using your imagination to do what you truly what to do or be, get use to how you feel then practice.
