Egg weights are great. Adding the weight at the center of the fist is perfect. Much better than weighted gloves. Plus they give you something to squeeze and hold on to which is good for the hands, wrists and forearms. Great video.

These are awesome! I combine this with a 12 pound weighted vest and go on long walks on the trails . The extra weight on my hands lets me work on keeping my hands up. Shoulder burn to the max!

I have a great chiropractor & sports massage therapist, but I still get really tight psoas. I'm old, fat & I've been a professional tattoo artist who leans over clients all day for 34 years, who boxes a few times a week. Before covid, I was an assistant coach 6 days a week. I've gained 10 lbs since last winter, and it's hard to get a ball to work on my psoas. I've been considering Pso-Rite, so glad to hear that you like it. I'll be ordering one.
