TIP: If you put your salt into a high powered blender or Magic Bullet, you can make a salt powder that will stick to fried foods like this much better and it also dissolves much quicker if you need it in sauces/dressings, etc. Thank you for an amazing video! I can't wait to try these!

This is giving me ideas. I have sought a way to make Asian shrimp chips keto. They are just shrimp and tapioca sliced up and fried. They puff up like this. I think this is on the right track mixing this recipe with ground raw shrimp. I will have to try it. I might add a little tapioca or soy powder (which can puff as well) but I try to avoid them so we will see.

Nili, after watching this video I realized that I had some smoked salmon in the fridge, just looking for a delivery vehicle. 🤣 I made the wraps with some "everything but the bagel" seasoning in them, then cut them up, sprayed with avocado oil, sprinkled with seasoned salt, and cooked in the air fryer. The first batch wasn't cooked enough and was still a little chewy; the second batch I cooked at 400F for 10 minutes, and they were lightly browned and very crisp. WINNER! Thanks for another great video.

Indigo, I used this fried method for a while and they taste great....but it's labor intensive and I wanted something that was faster. ;) I recently had to upgrade my oven and it has an air-fryer option. I decided, Why Not?? I cut up my tortillas and plopped them on my basket and air fried for a few minutes. Maybe 10? It depends on how thick you make your tortillas. Watch them. BUT, they come out crunchy!! :) I was sooo happy to have a much faster method of crunch (which is what I miss most when low-carbing). I have also formed these, air fried, and used as a taco shell. Thanks and hope this helps someone!

Have you tried frying the chips in the air fryer yet? I’ve made chips with Siete Cassava Tortillas in the air fryer It only took a couple of minutes. I cannot wait to try these crepes and “tortillas”. I have a container of egg white powder and a jar of gelatin powder right near the stove but i haven’t gotten to it yet. I made another batch of bread and hot dog buns today. I had put that off for a few days. I made a mix for the one batch (in a zip bag) and today I put water in the mixer, added the mix and then just had to measure out and add the arrowroot powder. Next experiment will be the butter buns! I love green goddess dip from Trader Joe’s. Would love a recipe for something like it I also love buffalo chicken dip. I used to make a hummus with the stems of the Swiss chard. I think I saved the recipe in Pinterest. It does not have any beans in it. Would probably be great as a keto dip.
