Thank you so much . I tried this recipe , it was tasty . The problem was that I was not able to slice it well , like u did . It was breaking a lot , even though I baked it for 45 min . The only change I did was to use oat milk instead of cashew milk . Can you please advice on how to get that perfect slice / consistency . Thank you

Yesterday I tried this recipe. Came out well. I used flax seed as you mentioned in the banana bread. i used 1/2 jowar and 1/2 wheat flour. Mam let me know the reason why we are frying the jowar flour.thx for sharing.
