Hello foodies....
Todays recipe is very easy & quick Eggless Vanilla Cupcakes Recipe | spongy vanilla cupcakes | super light vanilla cupcakes | Best Bites
ingredient:-
Milk:- 1/2 cup
Oil :- 1/4 cup
Vinegar:- 1 tsp
Vanilla essence:- 4-5 drops
Plain flour:- 3/4 cup
Baking soda:- 1/4 tsp
Baking powder :-1/2 tsp
Powdered sugar :-1/2 cup
WRITTEN RECIPE :-
IN a large bowl add milk, oil, vinegar, vanilla essence and whisk for 3-4 mins.
Now take a sieve sift plain flour, powdered sugar, baking powder, baking soda.
fold the dry ingredients with wet ingredient properly till there is no lumps.
Now batter is ready pour the batter in greased muffin moulds & bake in a preheated oven for 18-20 mins at 180°C.
or (till toothpick comes out clean)
let the muffins cool down completely.
NOW in a large mixing bowl add whipping cream, vanilla essence & whip till stiff peaks & whipped cream frosting is ready put it in a piping pan with star nozzle.
now cover the top with the butter cream frosting or whipped cream frosting & decorate with your choice for sprinkles.
your soft, spongy and tasty vanilla cupcakes are ready.

It came four pretty good but I didn’t put as much so they were pretty thin. I do recommend it but it tasted more like corn bread only thing is out more vanilla extract. Out of 10 I would give it a good 7.5. DO RECOMMEND for sure.

First of all thanku so much😊. Butter cream frosting recipe is coming up really soon (if you want I can upload it on coming Tuesday) but because it's your daughter's birthday so here you go.... 1 cup butter (soft but holds shape) 1 tsp vanilla & whip for 2 mins till butter turn very light, fluffy and pale is colour. Then add 4 cups of icing sugar (add little at a time) and whip till stiff peaks. Now ad 2 tsp milk and mix well. Your vanilla butter cream frosting is ready.
