Pasture raised chickens produce the highest quality egg. Too many of our foods are raised in depleted soil. The plants don't automatically have nutrients stored that come about by magic that's the purpose of roots. Eat for energy and to feel better, healthy. Die peacefully, at home, with family and friends, not wired up in a stinky hospital. Start now.

Dr. Mandell I love eggs and have been eating 2 or 3 organic pasture raised eggs daily for a long time. My concern now isn't cholesterol but choline and the possible negative link to prostate cancer which I've been recently diagnosed with. Please comment on this since no one seems to want to touch this subject. Recent bloodwork excellent, all other indicators, weight, BP, etc all very good. Thank you

I feel like I have no strength now, if I try to pick up a pencil with my right thumb and index finger then it becomes a task and not a natural thing.
