Some of it yes, our trigger work, no. Installation, tools, and ability all play into what people can do. If you add $250/$300 onto the price of the Glock - you'll see it's actually a good deal from us (including additional internal work and installation without purchasing your own tools - which *most* owners do not have. Math is hard... But more importantly, it's not paying for "just the laser engraving".

I've owned two PX4 storms for over 10 years; a compact 9mm and full size .40SW. They were the first two pistols I purchased when I was in college in my early 20s. I can't tell you how many rounds I have put through them, but I use to order steel case ammo in bulk when it was less than $100 for 500 rounds. I would guess my full size is probably somewhere in the mid 20k rd count 75% of which is steel case. Several thousand rounds ago I added the LLT OTBs and 12lbs hammer springs. Took them to the range today and the guns are still functioning flawlessly. Probably gonna need a new extractor/ejector at some point though... :P

When I think “custom work” from a company, I think a specific thing soley offered by that company. The LTT 92 being a prime example for the beretta platform. Some company’s offer crazy detailed stipple works or slide milling specific to that very company. Things you can’t get from anyone else because they’re, well, custom. I was very excited for the idea of a LTT glock when I heard about this. I was hoping for the N93 nitrite finish deal, maybe ported slide/barrel, etc. Again, something truly custom. I don’t know if doing someone’s shopping and installation counts as “custom.”
@LangdonTactical3 жыл бұрын
So the custom trigger work we do internally including on and using the Apex Trigger for optimal performance doesn’t count as custom?
@LangdonTactical3 жыл бұрын
What about the laser stippling we offer? That’s not custom?
@gurugoguzhanson3 жыл бұрын
I understand what you are saying but look up the definition of custom, please.
@designated_hitter_EGA2 жыл бұрын
You cant look at the LTT's Beretta and expect them to do a similar job on a Glock, apple and oranges. The trigger job on that DA/SA LTT Beretta is premium. The redesigning of the slide to accommodate an optic was an accomplishment LTT achieved even before Beretta could. There isn't much to be address on a Glock, There are shooters out there that can run a near stock Glock (steel sights, and a KKM barrel ) and put hits in the A and C zone at 100 yards and further. Glock's run just fine right from the factory. They'll probably never have a trigger like a SA from an LLT Beretta, but its not meant to. In all fairness to Langdon Tactical they seem to have addressed all the areas where a Glock might need some improvement and also took into consideration optics. 1. Trigger: re-worked an Apex. 2. Grip: Laser "stippling" 3. Sights: replace the trash sights Glock puts on, with Ameriglo Trooper, and milled the slide for those that want optics. Its refreshing to see LTT didn't come up with negligible additions that do nothing to improve accuracy, or reliability, but do lighted your wallet. A CNC-milled slide with athletically pleasing crosshatch serrations that can also grate parmesan cheese, TiN barrels peeking through those lighting-windows that just become entry point for debris and reek havoc on pairing springs with ammo and slide wgt, put a fancy logo on it, charge you $900.00 for the side alone... a la Agency, and call it a day. Guess if your definition of custom has the word "Gucci" in it you'll have to look elsewhere.
@JoeUglyFatMama9 ай бұрын
That's a well thought out statement. Everybody and their brother sells a trigger system, but when LTT puts their finishing touches on somebody else's parts, that says a lot based solely on his reputation in the Beretta world. He's not going to put out a half-assed product and more apparently, he's not adding stuff just to add stuff. Everything you need and nothing you don't.
@TheRancor532 жыл бұрын
Damn I wish these were cheaper . With Shadow Systems being budget friendly, it’s hard to justify almost a grand on a Glock. Stock they are solid at 550-600, I’d pay 800 max for Trigger/Stipple, but that’s me

@joshuakern12743 жыл бұрын
I would have gone with an M&P over the glock as well, the glock market is vastly over saturated with options. Plus I hate them. I loved my M&P9c but eventually ditched it because I hated the two piece polymer trigger, it wasn't worth my time and money to upgrade just the trigger but an LT model that already includes a nice trigger? That I might buy. I bet their decision to go with the glock has more to do with the SCD than anything else. I'm not sure if they have one for the M&P. Coming from hammer fired carry guns that additional safety feature while holstering is priceless. Something like 70 percent of accidental/negligent discharges happen while holstering and for appendix carry that's a scary stat.

Gross... This isn't what I wanted but I do understand that not everything has to be for me and I wish you the best with this. I just despise glocks, it's a visceral, irrational hatred, but that hatred has led me to higher quality firearms so I keep it close to my heart and keep it well fed on glock memes. Do something for my HK P30's or Sig p320/365's, anything but blocky ass glocks.
